1. Delivery:
All ALPENHEAT products can be shipped worldwide.
We ship our products with the carriers DHL, GLS or by Post.
However for Switzerland please go to the webshop www.alpenheat.ch, for North America to www.alpenheatna.com and for Russia to www.alpenheat.ru to order.
As of 01.01.2019 deliveries to Switzerland from Austria are no longer possible, due to new legal regulations for mail order business in Switzerland. For purchasing options in Switzerland, please use our Swiss shop www.alpenheat.ch or contact our Swiss general importer: Tel: 079 628 86 48, email: info@secondwind.ch.

- EU Zone 3(iii): GLS | 29 EUR plus the respective statutory tax |
- EU Zone 4(iv): DHL | 60 EUR plus the respective statutory tax |
- Europe Zone 1(v): DHL | 75 EUR per order |

3. Exchange and Returns:
Goods can be exchanged or returned within 14 days after receipt of the shipment.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, ALPENHEAT will not accept any unpaid postage deliveries.
Shipments from non-EU countries must be sent to us DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). We will refuse to accept the delivery of parcels that do not meet these requirements.
Please note that only products which are unused, in the original packaging and without any signs of wear, can be exchanged or refunded.
If the goods have been used and show signs of wear which make the goods unsellable, no refund will be given.
If the goods are soiled, the cleaning costs are to be paid by the customer and will be deducted from the original amount when the money is refunded.
